Frank Boitano was admitted into practice in 1988 and has been practicing law now for over 30 years. He was a founding Partner of the firm in 1991 and was the youngest solicitor in NSW to be Accredited by the NSW Law Society in 1993 as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

Before law, Frank started his working career from humble beginnings delivering papers at the age of 14, then working at McDonald’s in Kings Cross and later as a ride attendant at Luna Park until it closed down after a tragic fire. From a young age, he witnessed firsthand many injustices which later influenced his decision to study law.

Frank became a lawyer to represent people ensuring that everyone he acts for has the opportunity to have their say and their side heard.

Over the years, he has acted for a range of different clients from large insurers, self-insurers, Companies, Builders, Developers to every day people seeking advice and assistance in legal matters and going to court. He has understanding, experience and insight on both sides of the equation in a variety of legal matters and is also an accredited mediator in alternative dispute resolution.

He heads the Litigation Department at Barwick Boitano Lawyers and handles all types of court matters and litigation in the Supreme, District, and Local Courts of New South Wales. If you need to be represented in Court or in a Tribunal, he can help you.
